The original Chipotle queso was indeed awful. I tried it when it first was released, thinking “how can you mess up cheese?”- and they figured out a way. I equated it to vaguely cheese-flavored, poorly mixed Durham’s Water Putty. I’m glad that V2.0 is a vast improvement over spackling compound..
