Blaming Leno because NBC wanted him back due to Conan's bad ratings is specious at best. And in the earlier case, Leno was the "safe" choice over Letterman. I preferred Dave but it was NBC's decision (both times).

I rarely watched him, but if I don't like someone, I just don't watch their show. Plus, there's the off switch.
