I said elsewhere but I wonder how he feels about that post now considering what we know about Ubisoft.

I’m sure I’ve read that before but man that sounds rather boot licky.

It's not so much the skin as the name of the skin. They arnt removing the skin.

A fair point and a good reason why they would probably lose but why would the dude risk going that far you know? They are instead going to win via bullying.

That was kind of my entire point haha, maybe I shouldn’t have literally said the word court but yeh, the system sucks.

Thats if the dude is willing to follow them to court.

I do get all this...it is a *wonderful* system.

Im not sure I agree with that, let’s use a simplified hypothetical situation just for the ease of discussion, if there was a small indie band called Doom before the game, do you really think they would win if they tried to sue a Zenimax?

The difference is it’s in the context of music

They absolutely can do that, a judge could take one look at this and know it’s bullshit but it costs a lot of money to even get to that point.

    They have absolutely no claim.

But you get the point right? It’s probably not a good idea for a multi billion dollar company to let something like this slip through the cracks, its kind of one of the biggest rules in one of the biggest religions on the planet so they kinda should know about this. More diverse team and probably better religious

Less tolerant is probably the wrong way to look at it.

It’s at best extremely negligent. A more diverse team and better education and someone could have spotted this.

I think Muslims saying "it is an important part of our belief  the Quaran is treated with great care, please can we ask you also take great care with it" and you telling them to fuck off is pretty degrading to those people.

Thing is though, the Quran in particular has to kept with great care...in our British RE class, the Quran was kept higher than any book in the room, wrapped in a cloth and on a plinth. So this is a *particularly* bad mistake.

That was my first thought when I first read the reports.

    I don't think it's a deal breaker for me personally, but I don't think you're a lunatic...I get it.

Maybe, but wasn’t Bilie Jean the first song that kicked in when you got into a vehicle for the first time? That’s why it wins for me, really sets the stage.

Oof, Billie Jean is rough, that's like *the* Vice City song
