Yuuuup. I bought the game on release and didn’t get past the very starting area where you first meet Yennefer. I ended up being waylaid by a a simple game more suited to my exhausted state and having grown wise to these things I know I’ll simply have to wait a few months to a year then start over completely fresh.

There was some game I played somewhere sometime that was exactly like this only every time you died your blood would stick on surrounding objects so that only over multiple deaths could you see where you needed to go, and if there wasn’t blood to splat it you just had to remember it.
