A guy I work with told me that this was happened at a site he worked at. After steam cleaning the tanker cars (@100+ C) they would be moved out of the cleaning bay outside to the -20 C Canadian winter and if they forgot to open a venting hatch then the vacuum created from the steam cleaning would crush the cars!
