OK, Hot Take! I’m probably the only one thinking this (given I can’t see this mentioned in any other comment on here) but ... out of nowhere I think I now ship Daryl and Bert! At the end, each time they’d take a break from hugging to say something, I kept expecting a declaration of love from one to the other.

Have to agree with Deathmaster. Working at Mountaintop seems like a lot of “emotional labor” being the unofficial child/bff/parent of your boss; also poor George (?) got fired so often, didn’t he? A dose of Father Brah is always welcome. Maya cluelessly hitting on him was hilarious--and possibly the first time she’s been shown to flirt?

When “I’m dating my uncle!” is the entry to your episode, it’s clear they’ve set the bar at a potentially disastrous height.  That they cleared it so thoroughly means that of all the shows that should NOT be leaving television, this is at the head of the list.  #OtherRebecca is the sharpest shiv in the kit of weapons…

Poor Rebecca, she just wanted to get laid. Also Poor Nathanial and Greg, they just wanted to make new friends. Don’t care about Daryl and Bert’s conflict though. I think if I had either of them as a boss I probably would have quit long ago.
