MSRP is largely a fictional number everywhere. In my industry, end-user discounts of 30-50% on million dollar equipment sales are not uncommon at all. And my company still makes a fat margin, as does the vendor at that level of discounting. Literally no one has EVER paid MSRP for this stuff.

That’s my takeaway as well - if this was the same price as a standard Sky Redline, I might be willing to go NP based on the hilarity of it alone, but at nearly 3x of the going rate for a decent Sky, easy CP.
