As a Christian, I see great value in Ash Wednesday. To expand on all this a bit:

Yah. OK. Thanks for dropping by.

It’s done here in BC and I went to a Catholic school (over 30 years ago).

An Atheist myself, I am uncomfortable by how other Atheists try to prosthelytize believers. Just as I have no interest in having anybody try to convince me that their church is the only way, I don’t feel like I have anything to gain in telling others that they should wisen up and not believe like me. I know enough

It’s  been a long time since I’ve read an article here and thought, “That’s a good idea.”

At this point I wonder why do I bother reading lifehacker and their not-even-mediocre articles.

Gawker media really struggling to write good content these days

And just what, exactly, is wrong with having a “boob” light? We have them in all four bedrooms in our house, which we’ve lived in for over 12 years, and not one person visiting has ever said a word. And believe me, there were plenty of people who would have said something. Just because you’ve judged them as

I have these in my own home and installed them myself (I’m poorish and they were very affordable!). I’ve never once thought of a breast when looking at them.

Where does the thread reference “racing” anywhere? I think there is some confusion somewhere here. Fight me. BTW my old Toyota trucks are all still on the road, mileage is approaching 1M miles. Nothing ever done except 1 timing chain replacement.

I’m going to have disagree with the Cavalier sentiment. I had lots of friends with those and Sunfires in high school and college. They broke down all the time. They cost pennies to fix, but that doesn’t make them indestructible. It just makes them cheap to fix.

WTF? Yeah after 3 Toyota trucks, 84, 91, 94, and well over 500 K on the 22R and RE motors can attest there is no tougher bullet proof choice out there. Of course any Toyota with the 22RE will run til the apocalypse comes. Them Taliban bastards all had them, not as stupid as they looked. (Bastards)

How the hell can you use a Toyota Hilux as the cover photo for a slideshow about the most indestructible vehicles ever... and not have a Toyota Hilux in the running for most indestructible vehicles ever? Bullshit.

What’s the word for the personality type who volunteers as a hall-monitor for personality types and writes excessively long articles about imagined personality-type faux-pas that no one else gives a shit about?

Is this supposed to make me want to buy a Ford? because it doesn’t.

Teachers, bosses, coworkers, etc. need to pronounce your name correctly. People working service jobs do not, and it’s not a microaggression. If you have a long or easily mispronounceable name, consider picking an easier one and using that.

Still hoping season 6 is going to be 40 episodes.

He’s not wrong Yoda. This isn’t about political views. You can hate on Reagan all you want. No person or President is perfect. But facts are facts, and America loved Ronald Reagan. Nothing can change that. As to any shortcomings the man may have had, he inspired the people. Modern hipsters and millenials want to paint

I’d have to say, I understand his point. I like Kotaku a lot, it’s my second most visited gaming website. With that said, I don’t typically go to game websites for my politics. I understand the articles perspective, but I think it might be out of place. From what I’ve played of this year’s COD (a couple of hours at
