I agree it's a departure for Subby, but there was a time where they produced FWD n/a cars all the time.

and that's why i stick to oppo
I love this car, the looks the supposed performance, the weight, the fact that it's a punchy RWD.... I can't justify selling my 2011 WRX that i just spent $2k modifying, but maybe once it's paid off i'll pick one up.
You sir get a heart click for that! I really am thinking about picking one of these up once the WRX is payed off as a daily/hill country car
Sort of, I am a B.M.E.T./Clinical Engineer in the Army. I fix all the fun toys but still fall under Medical Command (who's symbol is the caduceus instead of the more widely excepted rod of Asclepius).
One of the few downsides ( all be it a big downside) of old school Yotas, the tendency to rust
Again, this is a Miata competetor not a 370z,WRX,Mustang GT, etc. It's meant to have a high revving, tossiblity. And there is not such thing as a low cost TRD anything lol
Still waiting to see a price before i make my final decision on the car. I think power to weight is pretty good, I am sure a few of you disagree, but i like little tossable cars, plus i have the WRX for power. Besides this is Miata range not 350z/mustang/GenCoupe.
your about 2yrs late to the party. It's RWD only on both the Subaru and Toyota.
Now that is a good looking C3!
Came here to post this... you beat me to it. I'd promote you if i could
Where have you seen weight listed?
I wonder what the price difference will be, between these two cars.
No one noticed the 7500rpm readline? really?
Reading your review reminds me of the when Top Gear reviewed the Base model when it first came out.
I am sure you see all kinds of cars I have never seen if you are that close to the dragon.
True, but i can honestly say i have never seen an SRT6 version in person
