Never gonna happen - main series Pokemon games and their portability go hand in hand, s a home-console title would be counter-intuitive. Nintendo and Game Freak have reiterated this themselves.

I'm pretty sure I remember it being there, it was a silver (looked chrome-y) panel right in the middle of the controller...

I'm the same - if I stop playing a game before I've finished it, it's purely because I'm not enjoying the game any more. At the moment I have a backlog of DS and PSP games (due to me buying games I want when they're at a good price, whether I have the time to play them or not) so I've resolved not to get a Vita or 3DS

I thought the OUYA gamepad had a touch-sensitive panel in the middle of it, directly between the D-pad and face buttons?

FF III (ported from the iOS port of the DS port of the Japan-only NES original) has been confirmed for the OUYA

To everybody who is confused: DQ VII was originally released on the PS1 in 2000. The 3DS version of the game is a remake of the PS1 original. Hope that helps.

I bought it - and tbh, for every good feature, there was a poor design decition that gimped the game... (which was a great shame, because it was a release that I spent months anticipating) :(

Ditto.

You won't regret it :)

Trust me, Peace Walker is immense!! The optional stuff is technically optional... but there are some difficulty spikes (if you play solo) which are pretty much negated if you just play the optional missions as they come up. (I say that comparing my time with the game to a friend's: we both played solo, but I did all

I doubt it very much - between Nintendo and smartphones (oh, and Sony... I guess...) the handheld gaming market is pretty saturated, so from a business-perspective, I don't think a Microsoft handheld would have amazing prospects :L

Final Fantasy III on the DS, for getting me into RPG's/JRPG's in the first place...

Pretty much what I'm doing - and in the meantime, I can just borrow my brother's Ocarina Of Time LE 3DS :)

Yes - be warned though, you either have to play them blown-up to fit the 3DS screen size, or at their original resolution (by holding START and SELECT straight after you start the DS game up) which is a bit smaller than on an actual DS because of the higher screen resolution. It can be a little problematic for games

It's normal for companies to start developing new products as soon as their current product is released, isn't it?

To be honest I find GTA games pretty boring - despite the sheer amount of things to do in them, I never feel like I'm doing anything worthwhile, a lot of the game feels like padding, and I just can't derive much enjoyment from the game (the exception being Chinatown Wars on the DS/PSP)

Bought this for full-price around a month ago (I like in the UK, so it was a given that I'd pay over-the-odds) and I haven't had a chance to play it yet, but the more good stuff I hear about it, the more I look forward to unwrapping it and actually starting it!

Yepp :/ I paid £28 for my copy

Never heard of Heart Of Darkness, and you're probably right, but then so many things - in the media or otherwise - are evolutions/expansions/reimaginings of things that have gone before them. That does not make them bad. We only get better through evolution, and I think that's true of anything (including stories).

A lot of reviewers praised Spec Ops: The Line for its story...
