Has Lange ever been a good actress? after only seeing her in American Horror Story and now this, i can only say she is quite hammy.

oh boi. You can get away with so much violence on US TV, but one c-word can cause a pearl-clutching response. too weird America, too weird.
Sugar Water is still my favourite music video of all time. michel gondry is a genius.
I'm glad Andrew has been written out of s11 and gone to Italy. he is annoying.
Currently enjoying s11 of Buffy and also the news that it would be a shorter 12 issue run. loving the new storyline with the supernatural camps being set up.
Spike or Angel don't have to be init for me to love it. they could be mentioned off screen. but re. actors being older, i would hope the actors could just play the parts and no jokes would be needed [ you would have to be an idiot to complain about Marsters looking too old or something].
I wish Whedon would surprise us with a online short film that caught up with Buffy. His issue for s8, Last Gleaming, Part V was great and would have been a great source to adapt a short for.
i always get baked before a jog. i find myself more inclined to jog longer when baked.
i wonder what the editing timeline looks like for this show. it must be insane since there is an edit every other second.
Interesting. you've got me thinking about what are some of the most creative things on tv. i think HBO's Enlightened is most creative thing I've seen on TV in recent memory. that was really arty. Twin Peaks obviously, Deadwood, The Prisoner [the original 1960s version, which i wouldn't be surprised if the Legion…
this was my fav. ep of the season so far. I've found the previous 3 all style and no substance, but this time i started to feel something for the characters. I could even stomach flight of the concord. BUT i will still forever roll my eyes every time the name Syd Barrett gets mentioned. that grates me as it is…
karaoke was a 70's thing, so how was flight of the concord able to make that quip if it's late 60's? though, have they said what year it is? i thought it's 1968 and that there was a title card but i think i imagined that.
Ah, cheers ray. I watched 1-5 last night, and will try to do 4-5 a night. I'm intrigued by the farting dragon EP now, so I will make sure to remember it when I get to it. The only EP I've ever seen was the blind bow and arrow men/animals on top of the castle EP, which was epic. Will also remember to take an interest…
Great, mediocre lives for another season.
oh shit, i have 11 days to watch 52 episodes. 4 a day [with 5 on a fri/sat/sun] should be doable. I can't wait to immerse myself into the world of samurai jack.
this only scraped to a B-/C+ for me. The no attempt at doing something new with the "someone from the past returns and could be evil" storyline is a bore to watch and lame. Plus the attention on Male-kara instead of kara was terrible. i would be surprised if this got a 3rd season.
Sheryl Crowe, no sorry Jennifer anniston, use to talk about having a 3min shower, as a way to help with water useage. that's stuck with me for 17yrs.
I would love a BASKETS movie. no reason, just a selfish desire to watch BASKETS on the big screen.
here here! fuck Chip and Dale.
another great ep. Martha did a good WTF podcast where she mentioned her niece and nephew, so it is cool to see they have incorporated that into the show.
