This drive isn’t that scary. I’ve ripped up and down the road now for years on my bike.

Who cares what Mike thinks. He’s an obnoxious tosser that added nearly zero value to the show.

I used to pirate the races after the fact, but have since switched to paying MotoGP $140 a year.

A friend had his Talon registered in Michigan the entire time he owned it in Illinois. Turned out to be a godsend, didn’t need a front plate, no emissions testing, got away with loud exhaust, tinted windows, and lots more by virtue of “seeming” like a visitor.

Also, check out BrotoGP for a fantastic podcast that sums up every race with silly conversation and crude jokes. Nothing dry about the commentary compared to other MotoGP podcasts.

Crash.net has very good MotoGP updates throughout race weekend as well as more in depth interviews.

MotoGP is hands down, the best top level racing there is. Disregarding the thrill of any motorcycle racing, the MotoGP grid has never been more competitive, there have never been as many factory teams as there is now, and with 4 rookies this year, a couple are showing serious promise.

The NRA’s has an excellent program with Eddie the Eagle that goes to communities to teach young kids about the rules of guns and how to be safe around them, should they ever come across one. Unfortunately, some people have a problem with teaching kids in schools important safety lessons about objects that are

The gun didn’t “go off,” he put his finder on the trigger and pulled it while aiming it at himself. Guns almost never “go off” despite this being the most commonly used phrase in any story like this.

If you have a problem with this shifter, you’re an idiot. Yes, it’s different than normal, but if you’re too dumb to figure out how to put a car in park, then you deserve to be run over by it.

His commentary would be even more interesting if he watched good racing, like MotoGP, not Parade Lap 1.

I’ll buy an electric car next week if I can get it for little or nothing (CA resident here). Only requirement is I need to put a bike in the back or it needs to be able to tow a small trailer with my track bike on it.

The show was good, but the constant commercials and the knob who bought the cars was unbearable to watch. The gimmicks, the “suspense,” and every theatrical bit of the show was absolute garbage. It’s almost a certainty that whatever Velocity does to this show will put it on the level with dumpster fires like Gas

Having a business loss and carrying it forward is 100% perfectly legal and done by almost every business, b0th the biggest and smallest, at some point in their timeline. If what Trump did was illegal and he was investigated by the IRS, they would have acted accordingly.

So you mean doing dumb things results in bad things? No way.

LOL, this is funny. I went to school with Kyle. Had a bunch of classes and worked on projects with him.

F1 viewers haven’t been getting good racing to watch either, what did you expect.

Laguna Seca has a shooting range as well, but I’ve never been able to hear shots coming from that. Neither at my old place in Marina (north of Laguna Seca) or Monterey (West of Laguna).

When I lived in the school apartments, I could hear the tires screeching from the small local airport where they ran autocross. Funny enough, a skydive operation ran out of there too and on any given day, you’d have the divers circling above you and hear the screaming.

I’ve caught a couple bike track days at Laguna in the rain. While not fun for putting down fast times, I find the rain experience very valuable and helps to learn the limits of the rear tire at a more gentle pace.
