Time for an LS swap
As an Isuzu Ascender in my past life, I feel personally attacked.
Don’t really care about the contents of the article, too busy eyeing those huge sidewalls on the A6 in the cover image.
Simca!
VERSA
I found it perfectly fine and very efficient (thanks to the 1.4T?) but had two main problems that would probably prevent me from ever buying one: 1) it was hard to see out of from all angles and 2) the seatbelt didn't loosen when I turned my body to reverse.

This is crazy, I got stuck in Alamosa for a day with a broken serpentine belt this summer. Of course I didn’t have the wrenching skill to fix it myself. Honestly not the worst place to be stuck!
Is it just me or is there still a layer of camouflage on the rear? There's an extra crease here and there and part of the taillights look fake. The real ones are probably gonna be smaller and sleeker.
We’ve seen separate and non-separate red signals, and separate amber signals, so this just fills in the non-separate amber gap! It’s better than red for sure.
This is so weird and amazing! Two VW products designed for Americans specifically now have amber indicators! I was genuinely surprised to see an Atlas lighting up amber. Meanwhile, of course, most Audis and VWs still come with North American-specific brake-light blinkers, but it’s something. Are we seeing a resurgence…
Meanwhile, in Canada...
I was in a 2018 CR-V last week and noticed it was missing the 40/20/40 from the 2007 I usually drive. I wonder if automakers don’t think we want them anymore?
Yup this is basically the Euro Passat in nice clothes. Same interior, even.
Yes to the former, but shh.
Yup, it’s chic and prohibitively expensive. I’m almost glad to see my city still up to this sort of antics, even if the perp was from a suburb.
