The hair look more like feathers than hair to me but it's certainly better than anything I could ever produce.

Nitrogen is non-reactive and harmless BUT it cannot support life so if you pour it into a pool and the only "air" above the surface of the water is nitrogen you will smother.

We're not really interested in it, though. Nasa has made no real effort or headway in trying to do comparatively simple things like having a colony on Antarctica or the sea floor. The colonization of other planets owes more to Science Fiction than to any realistic desire to actually do it.

Colonizing another planet is theoretically possible, I suppose, but we can't even survive on Antarctica without constant shipments for simple needs like food. When they have a semi-self-sufficient "colony" in Antarctica or on the bottom of the ocean then I'll start believing in that dream. I have no confidence at all

You can edit the code and change the font and justification etc. If you're bored it's mildly amusing.

I was wondering the same thing. Just comparing pictures I thought that she'd had other surgeries but it's amazing what they can do with makeup and with photoshop.

I'm sure this has been in the pipeline. It's not like this is a new concept invented by Apple.

Anything that is true is true whether you believe it or not, science or otherwise.

This is evidenced by the subsequent comments here. If you're managing by expecting humans to simply obey your commands (e.g. surprise or dismay that they are more like cats than trained seals) then you don't really understand leadership/management.

This is a fail in any case because no one uses that phraseology. Unless you're saying you work from some time until some other time then it's appropriate, but that's not how this is being used. It should be "5 to" not "5 till".

"Way More Women Still Die From Childbirth Than Abortion"

Perhaps trying to evoke "flat icons"?

They don't want to sell the 5c to you or any Americans particularly (nor Canadians and Western Europeans for that matter). Apple sales in Asia (outside Japan) are not great and the thinking is they need a cheaper phone for these markets. Not that they won't sell a tonne in the "West" but it's not what it's about.

The CBC, in the van, but that's about it but I don't listen to something else instead, though. It's mostly just silence. I have headphones for my phone but when I take the bus I never use them. I just read. I don't own a TV anymore, either. I guess I just don't care about that stuff anymore.

I'm all for this but the toys are still marketed as boys or girls toys so the average shopper is just going to badger the staff with "So, is this a girls toy or a boys toy?". It's going to be a while til we can just call them toys. It's a step in the right direction though. My boy is a bigger fan of his dollies than

I was in college in the 80s and sweaters were all the rage for men as well as women. Every shop would have stacks and stacks of sweaters. Indeed, the "well dressed" man and woman would have stacks of them in their closets. Guys would frequently not wear them in the conventional manner but wrap the arms around the neck

They've considered, for other treatments of this sort, using an enteric coated capsule that contains bacteria that you could swallow. That's how it will end up, I'm sure, because Americans would rather take a pill before doing anything else.

My old laptop is now the controls in a cockpit of a jet, rocket or cool car. It also is a computer console for batman and superman and anyone else my 6 and 4 year olds wants to use it for. I know it's not as productive for me but I'm OK with that.

"But given how Keurig machines work, the soups at least won't have a hint of residual coffee or tea flavor."

No, it isn't. CloudConvert converts WordPerfect documents. It doesn't handle any Apple file formats but that's not uncommon. Apple doesn't really play nice with anyone. I just found the "anything to anything" marketing amusingly inaccurate.
