Agree. Terrible attitude towards their mistake. Apple has been in monopoly for too long to care about customers.

No, they don’t. I guess apple don’t know how many are affected. Otherwise they will let the public check the serial number before letting them to go to Apple Store for nothing.

What can I do? I have shutdown at 34% of battery. Customer care check the serial number and let me to geneious bar. The guy there say my battery has 86% of capacity but I cannot get replacement. He say the shutdown would because of something else!
