@HobbitGamer: Ditto. Always boot to dash, not disc.

@Manly McBeeferton: Setting your online status to "busy" will hide friend and message notifications, but it only lasts until you sign out.

@KiwiMan: The original sprites and environment tiles are made for 640x480 resolution output. Scaling the game up to HD, and having them look good, pretty much means recreating all the visual assets from scratch.

@TimeNeverRests (PS1): I've played all the way through Sonic 2, beginning to end, with no saves. Not good enough to get a perfect ending (collect all Chaos Emeralds) like that, but the bosses just take practice and learning their patterns. After a while, they're easy.

@Lawdog: Okay, that...that is f*cking creepy.

@Dr Emilio Lizardo: Inderectly, by measuring how stuff near it reacts to its presence.

@Avastmateys: It's called GIFT (the Greater Internet F***wad Theory), and it's a simple equation:

Okay, Cryptic, you're close. Now do the same thing with STO, and I might start paying attention to you again.

@cmdrfire: I'll get the torches; someone else will have to be in charge of the pitchforks.

Hear, hear!

@gamegrump: I caught that completely by accident. Was just browsing, thinking about picking 'em up in another week or two, and I'm like "wait, that's normally 800...it's saying 200...WHERE'S MY WALLET?" :P

@Erik The Red: You don't need to completely replace your phone's firmware with an aftermarket ROM, but you will have to root it in order to lose the bloatware. For most Android phones these days, rooting is both easy and fairly safe.

@jetRink: Compressing a pillow forces the air inside out of the pillow. If you sealed the pillow in an airtight plastic pillowcase first, then squeezed it down, you'd get the same effect.

@jay13x: Mass Effect coming true would be awesome.

@Puns-n-Roses: If you take a certain amount of gas, with a certain temperature, and compress it, you now have the same amount of heat energy in a smaller volume, resulting in a higher effective temperature.

@Excalibur: No, just by comparison with its source material, The Last Airbender is exactly where it should be.
