Ah I see. So much for the smooth transition. :/

Say what you will about the song and video (I think they’re both pretty meh), but the scene at the end where different versions of her bitch each other out is pretty great. A++. would watch again.

An article was posted hours ago and there are no comments? What the hell. Where am I going to go to get my fill of snark now?

I thought Kinja might be OK, but I’ll admit I was wrong...this is terrible.

I guess I'm rude for wanting some of the top comments on a Game of Thrones article to be about Game of Thrones? Not my intention, its just really frustrating to see the exact same comments every time I visit the AVC.

It would be really great if you guys could stop complaining about Kinja on every single article. Its ruining the comments section, which is ironically what seems to be the primary point of contention re: Kinja.

100% Ron would vote for Gary Johnson. And this is coming from a Hillary supporter.

The rules of the game DON'T change, but I'll concede the ability to play the game well can depend on your ability to afford effective legal representation. I absolutely agree that being unable to afford a lawyer and thus access the justice system in a meaningful way is a major societal problem, and one which I work

Cinemark did not ask to be sued. They were accused of negligence, defended themselves, and won. They paid a lot of money to do it. Legally, they deserve the opportunity to be repaid for those losses, whether or not they'll actually enforce the award.

I completely disagree. Costs awards have two really valuable functions - one is that they promote fairness in the justice system (yes, really, see below) and two is that they promote settling before trial.

Except that corporations do get sued all the time. Costs awards are normal…if a case goes to trial, the winner is typically awarded costs. All lawyers know this and plaintiffs are usually warned multiple times that this is a possibility before trial. This is an incentive to settle before trial and has not had a

They aren't asking for punitive damages. They're asking for costs, which is a completely different thing. If the survivors didn't want to risk having costs awarded against them, they should not have gone to trial.

No, protecting their clients is their focus. Chances are, Cinemark would never try to enforce/collect on this award, but an outstanding award for costs would prevent the plaintiffs from suing again, and discourage others from suing in the future.

When Lyanna said "he" must not find out, she definitely meant Robert, not Rhaegar.

Do you guys really have to use the word milquetoast every week? Buy a thesaurus.

Just started watching the show….really wish you would have warned readers you were going to spoil that a main character dies at the end, asshole.
