As a person paralyzed chest-/shoulders-down (quadriplegia) from an incomplete spinal cord injury, I would absolutely love to go to space and see just how much motor control I have without that pesky force of gravity holding me back. By way of my SCI being incomplete, I do have limited sensation everywhere below injury

The US Navy is not experts on astrobiology. And due to the value of our universal speed limit (light speed in vacuum), stars are widely spread and inaccessible (and even if they could be visited - we don’t know that yet - they would be uneconomical to visit).

I find these speculations on extraterrestrial life, especially extragalactic intelligent life to be a little silly. We have zero examples of any life existing in any biomes outside of Earth.
