I don't get the issue with this either. I leave my computer and phone on my home time zone. My iPhone changes the time automatically. If I am on the east coast and set an appointment for when I'm on the west coast, I set it for the appropriate time, say 3pm. By setting that I mean for it to happen at 3pm, not change…
