NX stands for? I am guessing a bigger handheld but I couldn’t find any info on that part :(

Number 3, they reduce your health when their lantern turns red and they are looking at you, best way to deal with these is pick them off one by one and try to deal with them near a corner or blocking wall/doorway to reduce the loss of health.
