Ideally you’d leave both of them out as neither are sketch shows.

Well, Lee was absolutely magnetic-sexually charged, commanding and ferocious. Lugosi was apparently was exotically alluring to women of the thirties and he could project a menacing, almost feral quality that is still effective and he’s still the default depiction of Dracula so that counts for something. Schreck was…
Gary Oldman’s version of Dracula is not better than Bela Lugosi’s.
No, she’s already Meechee.
“Marvel’s herky-jerky and underwhelming Phase 5.”
While Quantumania is indeed “Phase 5,” it is the first movie in that phase, so I’m guessing you meant 4 there.
I though she changed it back to Thandiwe Newton.
“Wrong" is also missing. It's also their best video!
For possibly the first time ever, I actually agree with the #1 song on one of these lists.
I’m an American and I think they were the best band in the world from mid 80's to about 1990.
I was hoping for John the Revelator, but the lack of But Not Tonight is kind of criminal.
Good seeing Stripped up high, but I’d have gone with the live version from 101 instead. Barrel of a Gun not only not being in the top 5, but not even on the list is a travesty though.
Snatch is great but I prefer Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels. I like both but Snatch is like when a punk band makes a heavily produced album and Lock Stock was more DIY.
I gotta disagree about Alien 3. I think it brings a lot of interesting world building to the table while it gives us the toughest guy we’ve seen in the entire franchise: Leonard Dillon, played by Charles S. Dutton. Who gets into a FIST FIGHT with the Alien.
Ant Man 3 wasnt perfect but i truly have no idea how its on this list
Not sure about the others, but Poirot was never BBC, it was on commercial network ITV. As was the Jeremy Brett Sherlock Holmes. As was the Geraldine MacEwan/Julia MacKenzie Marple, although the beloved Joan Hickson Marple *was* BBC as was the most recent Partners in Crime/Tommy and Tuppence ;)
Jeremy Brett as Sherlock Holmes too, the classic version. *chef’s kiss*
Ya’ll scared of the beyhive? Prince is #1 and it’s not close.
Literally the first sentence of the article.
Prince John! PRINCE JOHN! Forgive me a cru-el chuckle, ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha... mm, Prince John, hmm.
The cinematography alone made it worth a nomination, but beyond that, there’s a lot more to praise about it. It’s so unique and touches on a ton of different ideas. And the sitcom flashback may be the best single scene I’ve seen in a 2022 movie.
