This is probably fairly close, but it assumes acceleration is constant. I don’t know what the acceleration curve is, but we can safely assume the acceleration is higher closer to t0. This means he would cross the bridge quicker, but hit 400 km/h further along the bridge (probably still before the 1 mile mark)
