Over a trillion dollars in aid has been dumped into Africa over the last decades. There is no scarcity but there is an abundance of blacks. And Africa of today is because of that and that alone. Contrast it with the pure White Western Europe. And it explains why South Africa is what it is today.
Where I live most people live off a government cheque every month. They are given food, clothing, shelter and entertainment. No one wants for anything. Trust me, they could care less about exploring the universe and meeting a Star Fleet ideal. It’s completely the opposite.
