The issue here is that Embracer apparently assumed they were getting an additional $2 Billion from the Saudi investment group and spent the money before they had it. Mm, after seeing how TOTK (and other Switch games) look running on… more powerful unsanctioned hardware *cough*, the Switch is definitely holding back how well those games could look, even without any type of graphical updates.
