From what I’ve read there’s not evidence but statistical reasoning to believe it’s possible. Precincts with electronic voting had 7% less votes for Clinton than similar areas in same state that had paper. Also if it’s audited and Trump still wins & nothing changes, different than the possible outcomes of contested NC…

I don’t know how it would show tampering but in those very close states the easier to fudge electronic ballots came in 7% higher than other ballots for Trump according to another article.
