Nope. Doesn’t matter where he was born. His mother was a US citizen. Hell, his dad might have been too. He could have been born on Mars and it wouldn’t change what the EPA has become. Stop screaming racist or 97% blah, blah whenever some disagrees with you.

Are you suggesting that we list water as a poison? Or are you suggesting that you can drown in the ocean so we should limit the quantity of water allowable in one location?

I was not. I was pointing out that the EPA does far more than protect the environment. I don‘t trust an agency that has as much autonomy as the EPA. I listed as an example that the EPA considers CO2 a pollutant for political reasons. It isn’t. And they know it.

They are now a tool to enact social change and control public behavior. They very selectively care about the environment. Example: If the oil and gas industry killed as many birds and bats as the wind power industry you’d hear more than crickets. Pretend in your head that they are a benevolent proctector of all that

Selectively.

Evil Power Agency. The worst thing Richard Nixon ever did.

Thank God (not sure I can say that) we have the EPA and DOJ to protect us. The EPA is probably thrilled that we are done talking about rivers in the southwest US. Not that it was ever talked about that much. I’m sure the DOJ never looked at any part of what happened there.

Chrysler ME Four Twelve looked awesome in person at the Auto Show.

One of my favorites is the Mazda RX-01...I’m totally biased, but it is cool.

Take heart. Your children won’t have to make this choice as snow will become a thing of the past...

I think the EPA should concentrate on not dumping millions of gallons of contaminants into rivers in the southwest. And maybe also spend some time removing CO2 from their polutants list. It’s plant food. On the other hand, if they are wasting time rearraging units they aren’t doing other harm... I’m now on board. They

They can call it whatever they want. If it isn’t a sports car, it isn’t a Z.

I’ll read it. It probably won’t change my general opinion on the overall subject, but it may change my opinion on that case. I will be interested to find out if that was the first time she had gotten coffee there or at any McDs. If I went to a place that had cups I deemed too climsy I might think twice about going

I think if a safety feature in a car inflicts even a small measurable amount of injuries or deaths then it shouldn’t be mandatory. The warning label alone makes me think twice about its safety value.

I think he meant B.C.

Every Aston Martin, but especially the Vantage.

I’m also curious what your (smarter than everyone else) opinion is on a mandated airbags that kill and injure people on a constant basis? It’s not like you can buy a car without one now.

I’m sure there are a lot of particulars about every law suit that makes almost anything seem logical. When lawyers and courts are involved, I don’t think you can believe the “facts” anymore. I’d be willing to bet that the motivation if the coffee was WAY too hot is not greed, but stupidity. Coffee pots sit on a

Nope.

If health or auto insurers want to have higher rates for people who don’t wear a seat belt , that’s fine. Tax dollars should not pay for anyone’s injuries. And no, I don’t think anyone who writes any law cares about anyone but themselves and their power. You kind of illustrated my point, by the way. Your definition of
