A 2 minute sprint into a 7/11 is fine, especially if you can keep an eye on the car from the store. The FD is actually not bad for the era. The first turbo starts to starts to be felt close to 2000rpm and at 3500 the second kicks you pretty good. You learn not to abruptly change throttle input at certain engine speeds as it can kick or cough some. Not the craziest, but my favorite.
