I have got to, got to, got to go to the Lane museum! I’ve been traveling to that area for work for the last couple of years and only recently twigged it’s there. I’ve driven right past it every time I’ve left the airport.

I’d like to see the pickup version. A mid-engined, diesel, amphibious truck might be the most jalop vehicle ever constructed.

I was going to say the same thing about the ‘70 taillight housings having a reflector. The reality is that in ‘68-’69, the reflector was actually inside of the taillight lens itself. In ‘70 they took it out of the lens and put it on the side of the housing.
