Why does a sentence begin with a contraction that reads possessive?

"the shooting killed six people" appears to be written out of context. I read that and associated it with the baseball shooting most recently mentioned.

The best exchange was the double-double entendre about protection and sailors, each response taking the joke to a new level.
I'd like to see a different actor play Austin Powers, only as a nod to the multiple actors that played James Bond.

What's the deal with David Pumpkins and Kevin Roberts? It's more loud and absurd visuals that you don't have to think about (Kenny Bania, Seinfeld) than good solid writing.
It reminds me of The Simpsons when Bart reverts to doing The Bart Man to get attention.

This doesn't seem like a big deal. It's short, quick phrase that's been picked up by someone familiar with the phrase. Hopefully some kid will see the video and repeat it over and over again to their reluctant parent's delight.

I think that ending the series was the only thing that could spark any creativity to save the show. Wrapping up everything gave the writers an excuse to make the most of the last few episodes.
