Yeah. Hiding an SSID does literally nothing to the security of the network. It always cracks me up when I see hidden SSID’s with WPA.

Not to mention, if you’re worried about guests/family/etc, create a secure guest network and apply strict QoS and port-blocking settings to it.

Hiding your SSID is not a security measure. It can actually make it more vulnerable.
