The “price” will ultimately be women’s autonomy if the trend continues.

That’s a shame. Since the theft was first announced, I’d been hoping Green would realize what the universe was trying to tell him, which was “If your idea for a TV show rests entirely on single piece of clip art, you don’t have an idea for a TV show.”

I don’t know that the film itself is a good idea, but daaamn... based on her work in Ozark, she seems like a perfect fit for the scrappy, confident Madonna of my (and her) youth.

Always happy to know a fellow thrifter!

Agree. After realizing this, my own found their second lives as popular cat toys.

You’re right, no doubt. I rarely use my dishwasher so I’ll probably never find out.

Psst... Ziploc bags are washable too. I bought a 34ct package of quart freezer bags over 2 years ago, use them constantly, and still have about 30 in the drawer. I just flip them inside out and quickly wash them by hand. (You could probably just toss them in the washer too, but I’ve no anecdotal data on how that might

Our lives would all get a bit simpler if we stopped expecting perfection from celebrities (and allies).

Agreed for the most part. I don’t know about fasting for days as a regular habit, but ‘being hungry’ is often based more on our brains simply remembering the times we habitually eat, and not on an actual physical need of the body to survive.

Looks like we’ll have to read the Variety piece for the hilarious bits.

Without a doubt, it frequently does. Unfortunately, not everyone can show up looking like a white man.

Stories like this are always a welcome reminder that organized religion rots from within.
