In that case, you get a pass, even though you look like a pompous French director.

“Recharge plug-in hybrid model will come with free electricity for a year, provided through a refund for the average electricity cost during that period.”
When you google Alex Roy and 2 of the first 5 images have him wearing scarves, douche indeed.
Nissan can’t catch a break. At least the new Maxima doesn’t look like this one. Or does it?
Nice pull. I did get my races confused. That Brazilian GP is fantastic.
With the turnout at games they could run it on a game weekend and there would be issue.
What’s really disappointing is the lack of color on the cars in the header pic.
Who is impressed by a $40,000 car? Sure, a Tesla is shiny toy, but prestige car is a stretch. And if you buy a car based on what others think, you don’t ever get a Jalop card and the great lord David Tracy looks down upon you with great disdain.
4th gear: Maybe people don’t want to own a German car out of warranty. Besides, when has a German car ever held it’s value?
I think it’s called the California because when you go to the beach you will be accosted by a homeless person, have your bike stolen overnight, not be able to walk your dog off leash, not be able to have a beach fire, not be able to enjoy an alcoholic beverage, or be able to set off fireworks on the 4th of July.
I can’t remember the location or year, but Kimmi spins and crashes on the last lap and whoever is 2nd in points passes for the win and title, or maybe I don’t know what I’m talking about.
5th gear: Why will Chevy not put a small pickup body on the Bolt chassis?
As a many time Rubicon traveler, never rolled thank you, I am afraid it would eventually turn into a boozed fueled engineering session. Something like this.
Good on you!!!!!!!!!!! Enjoy the trip and know that you can do what ever you like as you don’t have many responsibilities. When you have kids, that’s another story. BTW, what ever you have saved for the kids college, it’s not enough.
I don’t know what the big deal is with flying cars, they have been around for years:
The Chevy dealer in town used to have a rather flamboyantly male gay sales man that all the women loved to deal with. When I was in leasing my Spark EV, he was dealing with one woman while two others were waiting for him. My sales guy said it was like that every day. I told him, maybe it was because he treated women…
IIRC, Toyota initially said plug in hybrid was impossible. Didn’t a private person make one to prove them wrong and even then Toyota basically said “Yeah, but still”. They only looked at it seriously when a few shops started doing conversions. It is weird how reluctant Toyota is to embrace the EV market.
It’s amazing all the plastic bits that get pulverized and get tossed out. 50 years ago the only thing that would have been thrown off would be some chrome, my grandfather’s tumbler of scotch, and his spleen.
I can’t imagine the cost to bury power lines is worse than what PG&E paid out in just the past two years. People also do not realize how remote and inaccessible much of the power transmission system is.
I know it’s not from the time frame indicated, but it is a defunct brand, RWD, manual, in turbo form pretty fast, and fairly reliable:
