FYI, you can order the packaging for the box set (as well as for any other Criterion title) direct from them. They charge, but generally it's pretty cheap—this box is more expensive, but not unreasonably so, and minimizes the "double dip" impact.

Unfortunately, @updog7 is strongly suspected to be Fat Jew's alt account. towards the end of all the theft BS before Comedy Central killed his show, it looked like he would steal and post things there, then credit THAT account so he could say he tried crediting (even though everything here was stolen).
