What do you have against Red Herring?
What do you have against Red Herring?
When I was little, everyone watched Power Rangers instead of Muppet Babies since they were on at the same time and we would make fun of the one kid whose mom wouldn't let him watch Power Rangers.
I won't buy it unless the advertising includes the song "Fire" by The Crazy World of Arthur Brown.
Billy Idol read the lyrics to his new songs off a piece of paper at a concert I was at last year.
The problem is he doesn't do anything in the third book until the tail end. The show didn't even cover all of that. He's portrayed as the big threat in season 2 and the show didn't really know how to cope with the fact that he didn't die/wasn't wiped away completely like a dingleberry.
Limbs would be lost if Stannis saw that meme.
Applebee's gave me diarrhea twice. I guess I'm to blame for the second time.
It's not too late to see him again. If I missed my chance completely, then I'd become an old man, filled with regret, waiting to die alone.
I passed up an opportunity to see him for about 70 bucks this time last year. One of my biggest regrets of 2013.
Exactly. Even the bills he's worked on are politically driven.
I assume this was done for similar reasons as the decision to make him a Southern Democrat. It widens his appeal, but that's shortsighted because it implies the viewership will only support a fictional character who caters to their own politics.
You mean to tell me that generic China crisis don't follow along party lines?!?!?
The Between Two Ferns appearance was cute, but the multiple mentions of how bad the Hangover sequels were looked too spoon fed. Where was his saxophone? Or at least his bass guitar?
Fair point, but there's a big difference between the Wights/White Walkers and reviving major characters.
I guess it's too early to tell, but I'd prefer if Stoneheart, Robert Strong, and the Dead Dog don't make appearances. This isn't The Walking Thrones. No Rick and no Governor either.
I hope not. I love Martin, but he is not without flaws.
We're at a point in the timeline where the show needs to start deviating from the books more. As a fan of the books, I hope that next season doesn't make some of the mistakes that AFFC and ADWD made.
Womp womp, silly me.
No, I personally don't care about spoilers. My comment and the one in question didn't have anything to do with the books either.
Stannis arrival did seem somewhat anticlimactic. It lost a bit of the impending doom.
