I once drove a completely sorted Maserati BiTurbo (owned by a factory-trained mechanic) and it was a revelation, like a Ferrari 308 and and BMW 3 series had a baby.

I actually CAN imagine one scenario where the Senate convicts Trump: the Supreme Court rules him, and he pulls an Andrew Jackson. Says “The court has no enforcement power and I will not obey their ridiculous decision.”

Well, the drinking age was 18 back then, so yeah.

I voted against him in the DSA’s primary, because you’re right - there ARE things in his background that will get him crucified in a general election campaign.

I know someone (probably) innocent who took a plea bargain to avoid a 14 year mandatory minimum if they lost at trial.

“forbidding something would mean a lifelong obsession with that thing.”

My daughter LOVED Barbie and Bratz dolls. As the non-custodial parent, yes, I indulged her.

I used to, but my parents passed away some years ago. They were quite right wing, politically and religiously, and I always felt like an outsider.

I am - the Port Jervis library had a program. Technically I’m doing a 2nd draft of a psychedelic detective story involving things that happened with a former housemate.

Got to see the Fam this Thanksgiving, and it was wonderful.

My guess: he calls the proceedings a witch hunt and refuses.

It’s not a US Market Z3.  It’s a euro-import.  (Although I guess it COULD be an overseas delivery of a US spec Z3 - the text isn’t clear)

Even priced at 5-6K like a regular Z3 from that era you have the grey-market “the Feds might crush it” issues, depending on how the importation was handled.

You know what happens when the dealer gets a reasonable profit on every vehicle they sell?

I honestly like the way it looks, but being an import (and me living in states with CA emissions) and the absurd price, yeah double CP it is.

Yup.  The power company’s name is “Quebec Hydro” and they are not lying.

That’s as ugly as the Saturn, though.

Yup, I made a BIG mistake - voting w/o doing comps.  It’s the low mileage that justifies the price.

I am an unapologetic mama’s boy, as anyone who’s seen my small, dainty hands has guessed.

They REALLY are.  So are Rolls-Royces, and those are even cheaper, and MUCH easier to work on yourself.
