Cue anyone who says that the free market will sort out safety on its own. The fact that automakers specifically engineer less-safe versions of the same car in markets with lower standards should put that farce to rest once and for all.

This take is not okay.

It looks nice. I’m always wary about getting someone else’s project, especially since so many of these builds are done with homebuilding skills and not necessarily automotive skills. Skills that may or may not be code compliant let alone RV or automotive code. There is a lot that’s done with these “domestic” builds

So the takeaway is Tesla’s autopilot is about as good as a bunch of the worst drivers out there. Really scraping the barrel for excuses.

Long Live the Internet and it’s deep black holes where nothing is every erased!

Thanks!! It was cute!

Remember your disdain for cops [like Derek Chauvin] next time someone [like George Floyd] is committing a crime against you [like passing a counterfeit twenty to buy some smokes]. That way you can avoid doing something silly, like call them to help you [because they’ll fucking execute him in the street for that

No problem.

Seriously, I’d bet my life that after he posted this ad, this guy went straight to the Challenger forums to resume a months-long argument that George Floyd was asking for it, the vaccine is helping Covid spread, DeSantis would be a great president, etc.

Boot Licker Edition.

There is no denying the majority of cops are shit heads. Literally the majority. This includes those that enable the REAL shitty ones.

The vanity plate with “Honoring Fallen Officers” drives walks the point home: this dumbass is either a cop or a cop wannabe. Either way, he can FRO.

The Ford “Police Interceptor” badge tells you all you need to know. Run, don’t walk, away from this.

Is it just me? Or does it seem in the pictures that these ‘Yota trucks are rolling around on a set of dinky temporary spare tires?

In Europe, not in North America.

Two wipers at the same time, man.

It’s the Prius for sure.

Yeah I get that. Had a Spark EV and a Bolt. The Bolt honestly had too much range for our needs (25 mile roundtrip commute + city run around). If for the same money or less I could have something more unique, NICER inside etc. with 100 miles of range that would be plenty. But...how many people fit in to this category?
