At the very least, the seller could have included the VIN so a bit of DMV sleuthing could be done.
Thank you for sharing the Galloway story. Very cool company I’ve never even heard mentioned. I’d love to read a book on the history and models they produced.
Favorite moment by a long shot.
With more vehicles out on the road with dedicated one-pedal driving we will be seeing more of this. Mark my word. In a two pedal operation you are always covering the brake when you are not accelerating. In one-pedal operation people get lax when the brake pedal is never depressed, so it never gets touched. And…
Seriously, why did they make the grill so big since all versions are hybrid?
The radio play original is incredible, but the Wembley live performance in 1988 is on a whole different level of emotion. The crowd was silent and in awe of one woman, one guitar and one voice on stage. If you haven’t already seen it it’s on YouTube, wear headphones, you’re welcome.

Pretty sure the white domestic cat was the issue. It was on a B line for that doe.
When was the last time you saw a single cab with a short bed? I took this picture last month when I was in the Home Depot parking lot.
Yeah, the alternate headline could be:
Rolling coal should be an immediate forced disassembly of the owner by the vehicle at the side of the road.
The 2024 VW ID.4 AWD will have 330 hp with the AP550 motor. Even the RWD version will have 280 hp. Doesn’t sound like a winner to me, except for those shopping only for “American” cars (ignoring the fact the ID.4 is made in TN for example).
Same when I had my 2005 Outback XT Limited with a set of 16" Forester wheels with Blizzak WS80. It was just hilariously fun on unplowed rural roads to and from work. Even my wife enjoyed treating it like a rally car when snow flew and she is a pretty mild-mannered driver.
You can do better than that.
People smart enough to not buy the FUD that so many sources are spouting.
I’m sorry, but just how many inches is that gap above the front and rear bumpers up to the body panels? Why? Just horrid.
Keeping an portable EVSE in your trunk is absolutely the norm for EV drivers, especially when you are going on a roadtrip. This is nothing ground-breaking. I have an L1 (8-12 amp, 110V) in our Chevy Bolt and a J+ Booster 2 L1/L2 (up to 40 amp, 110-220V) with NEMA 5-15 and 14-50 adapters in the VW ID.4.

In 2014 we bought a new 2013 Prius for $21,000. I drove it nearly 190k miles (mostly commuting between SW Ohio and N Ky around 110 miles/day for 5 years). It was cheap to run at 45-46 mpg observed, especially when gas got expensive.
