Near as I understand, Sasquatch just means different diffs, wheels, and tires, right? I would understand it if the transfercase was different as that would mean two different t-cases (no chance in hell it’s a divorced t-case), but if it’s just axles and tires, what’s the issue? It seems completely arbitrary.
Personally I think this is a step in the right direction; law enforcement should be a bit more specialized with different training and standards for traffic enforcement vs responding to social issues (harm to self) vs threats of physical violence.

I would assume that the reason you buy a new Rolls is to order it exactly to your taste. A used one is someone else’s choices, and it’s pretty unlikely the person who bought new wanted it the same way you would’ve.
