I’m curious if anything happens if you do choose the harem life, ala Sojiro’s Chocolate from P5. Guilt trips for clearly terrible choices in video games are always hilarious :D

Performance aside, it’s more a “hope” that it only triggers on emulation. There have been a few instances of previous Denuvo integrations triggering for legitimate users (a few 2010-15 Ubisoft games had this happen if I remember correctly), and the fact this might happen on a modern console is *terrifying*.
If you are running the servers yourself, this situation is one of the best arguments for old school tape backups, though that’s not terribly feasible using 3rd party offsite hosting. Very likely the backups are setup as more of a save point in case something gets corrupted, and unfortunately that save game doesn’t do…
Honestly never occurred to me to run a VM of XP, though I’ve got one of 95 for the same reason. I feel Microsoft could make a decent buck packaging out wholly sandboxed VM’s of their old OS’s, especially if packaged for gaming (since the business side has way better alternatives)
Oh man, the absolute highlight of my only trip to the east coast was having a mashed-potato and bacon pizza from BAR in New Haven, CT. Pizza is this one thing I will always miss on the other side of the country.
Already got one! Wait, Two! Horde symbol on my forearm, and the hyrulian crest on the back of my neck. Honestly I think they look good and their clean as heck; neither look terribly out of place if you don’t know what they are.
Yeah, but 3-4 turns that late in the game is a LOT of time to kill the enemy, plus can be countered if you hold anything that shuffles cards into your deck. Not particularly great OTK card, and I am perfectly fine with that.
So I never really go into the 1st Darksiders game, but as for the second one, I can tell you that it deserved every bit of praise it got. While it did get a little ridiculous shoving as much lore in your face as possible, the characters, world, and combat system were fleshed out wonderfully.
Dude, my name is also Mike Lonergan. This was a trip to read.
Pan actually does 25% more damage than any other melee weapon, the rest all do the same.
Rework is cool and all but I want the piano music at the end of the trailer o-o
I currently have roughly 34 hours of in-game time (that is, actively in a match), however around 58 hours played from steam. Coupled with what I do outside, I have spent more time trying to make the game run decently than actually playing it, and that’s not hyperbole. The game is a mess and I’ve never seen something…
But it makes them money now, so there’s no issue :D
Joking aside though, it’s not really the fact that these sites are selling gold, it’s the way they go about it. Spamming constantly in chat, stealing accounts, and botting (which ruins play for others), this all leads to a pretty shitty play experience. With this…
One thing to note about Top Secret is that it is quite different than other clearance levels. While everything is still on a need-to-know basis, if you have Secret clearance or below, you are now authorized to handle that information. However with Top Secret, you are not authorized to handle any and all information,…
The game is pretty damn amazing. Controls are tight as hell, mechanics feel satisfying, and the story is quite good, though a bit cheesy. It’s worth the next-to-nothing it’s probably going for at the moment.
Where RossCreations is from (Florida), stealing a stop sign is actually a specific entry under grand theft of the third degree. This was designated as such because back in the late 90's, 3 people stole a stop sign that resulted in the death of 3 others. This way, if no one get’s killed from the act, the perpetrator…
While this is true, support centers a massively expensive to run, and cutting costs within them is almost necessary. With my most conservative estimates possible, just the people required to hand that sort of customer load is upwards of $1.3M a week, and that’s not including any tertiary costs such as building, power,…
But then it will get too hot! AND WHERE WILL WE FIND THE GIANT ICE CUBES?!?!?!?!?!
...Is this why console games can run so god damn beautifully with kinda crappy hardware? Are these memory saving “tricks” still standard? I always heard about and loved the ways programmers cheated the system back in the NES days, but I had no idea it was still a regular practice.
Reminds me of the Saphora automated machine. Worked IT for them, whenever you would call anyone internally the machine would say “Hello Beautiful” in the sexiest voice imaginable on an answering machine.
As a large 24 year old hairy ginger, still made me feel good every time.
