So, Men punching women, where go we stand on it? funny or problematic? I feel like as a country we have such a horrendous relationship with domestic abuse, how we deal with the victims etc but Son of a Vondruke, if it's done in a very Overtop, fantastical way and the male is immediately punished, despite my knowing…
This show has potential, but I dunno everything seems slightly off (but always on, IFC slam) Like the jokes seem very early 2000s, Jonhny Pemberton is great but he's 34 years old, I think the character would work better as a college kid anyways. This show really could go either way
It drags A little, just because of the sheer length of Spider-Man 2 but God Damn there's some pure gold in there
It's pretty clear that spider man 3 was ruined by the complete shoehorning of venom and the "evil". Spider-Man. A sandman only S3 would have been great, even thinking about it pusses me off, Raimi made Sony a billion dollars, why mess with his process?
Yes, I feel like 50% of documentary now episodes are very specific reference based parodies, like the grey garden episode, and the bunker and the other half is a more broad parody of a genre of documentaries like blue jean commitee or hunt for el chignon
"hey that's my jacket"
"it's the ROOMS jacket
And disagree the campaign ad is funny but the sheer surprise of the lawn jockey and hader being shot was great.
Re: Wiener, Christ that poor woman
Really disappointed by Roxxys performance this season, she came out swinging the first episode and does have great runway looks but she's Linda fading into the background during the challenges and her snatch game performance was a lot worse than anyone's mentioning, I mean impersonating a personal friend should be…
What I don't understand is why doesn't she just embrace her villain role, admit her souls black and just play up the drama
I think it might be due to the fan backlash over Katya being eliminated so early in Season 7 when she was clearly the strongest queen of that year. Like maybe the more successful Katya is in All Stars, the more it calls to question RuPauls judgement.
I'm Suprised that so many people are drawing Twin Peaks comparison in to the Angels - "Mini Angela" interrogation scene. I thought it was a reference to weird internet conspiracies, Alex Jones, Illuminati ination rituals, also I'm a purple
I can definitely see a "weekend" type vibe with this season
Chicken butt
I was offended by Thorn because he specifically insulted my CA hometown but then again it's hard to take a man with such a ridiculous beard seriously
I enjoyed the the SF police respond to Colin Kaepernicks police protest, they basically threatened to stop performing their paid duty at 49er games, oh did I say enjoyed I meant to say was terrified by.
Wait was Pacinos Heat character dating a woman 40 plus years his junior?
I really fail to see the scandal with Alyssa picking Katya, it really was a toss up who would go home, I would say Katya's performance (albeit she had toughest role) and runway look were meh, while Ginger did well in the lipsync but her runway was absolute garbage, compared to the other queens she looked amateurish.…
What's so endearing about Alyssa is that she didn't fully realize what a glorious weirdo she was until after her season of Drag Race and now she is fully self aware and cranking it to 11 in the best way
I agree, Detox runaway =Bandages and body paint, I'm a fan of Detox but there's a forming pattern ofvherbrelying on gimmickry, for example her talent show act wasn't really nothing great, it just looked cool
