OMG this is amazing.... the DJs just mentioned that they’ve gotten MULTIPLE Mickey Mouse impersonators trying to get a date. I could listen to this all day.

Lots of people listen to radio and podcast shows. No biggie, boo.

I listen to a morning radio show (don’t judge me - it helps pass the time at work!) and they have a segment called “the loser line” which is a number you can give people you don’t like, but then they just play the messages on air. It’s freaking hilarious. (again, I don’t listen to this except to kill time at work)

Or just being straight up murdered for it like that poor woman in Pittsburgh last year.

I am so happy I was dating before texting was a thing.

Before a bunch of dudes jump on here and say, “BUT YOU SHOULD JUST BE HONEST WITH THE GUY!” A lot of the times we can’t, because every single one of us has some story of rejecting a guy and getting yelled at or worse.

Speaking as someone on a mission from [God(dess)]: shut the fuck up, Bill.

That was my first thought, too. I consider myself a “good” man, though in actuality I’ve probably only been about 87% good on the spectrum. Gotta teach our sons to be near perfect in this area.

Never Forget.

It certainly did me. It has forced me to re-evaluate a lot of my previous interactions with women. It has also made me realize I need to be exceedingly proactive in teaching my son about consent, boundaries, accountability, etc.

I hope this makes some of those “good men” try to remember the things they have forgotten. I hope that realizing you are an unself-aware part of the solution is still part of the problem. It certainly had that effect on me.

For real. I am 40 and my younger brother has warned me about turning into That. Lady.
