I'm curious as to how this is any different than a journalist glorifying how they did 200 mph on the autobahn? You may not be racing another car but, you are trying to race to a desired speed on a public road. That being said, I guess it is easier to preach about other's wrong doings than it is to acknowledge our own.

I'm not talking about the ones rolling coal (though those are the worst of the bunch). Even when they're completely stock, you can really smell/taste the difference between these no-emissions truck diesels and the diesels VW (for example) sells in their cars. It's night and day.

I personally hate pre-emissions trucks... mainly because I hate having to hold my breath to avoid getting a mouthful of soot when one of these pieces of crap drives by.
