God I hope for the Bern!
Wait, can a group plead the fifth?
I’m more than aware of falling-off-the-bone ribs and the pleasures of real cookout meat. And the other things. But those are usually, in my experience, in backyards, not public parks. YMMV. ;)
I would imagine this would be easier for a little old lady to pull off than any able-bodied person.
ha! interesting
Oh, definitely. That wasn’t a race based response necessarily. :)
Hmm, if I have some really good meat and some really good cognac, I’m not trying to break into some random cookout lol.
LOL
Yeah, I was going off the assumption, mentioned in the other comment, that the person is white.
I actually had this experience where a co-worker was going to take me to the most authentic soul food place in town. We went in, and I was like, “shit, this is just called food in my house.”
“Similarly, what is broadly considered to be “soul food” is really just traditional southern food.”
My grandparents played, and they were Scotch-Irish.
Just coming here to comment on the glory of that wagon. Don’t give a shit about the diesel ECS.
Is this peak foodie?
I certainly can empathize. I have a hand-me-down 4S. The power button goes on the fritz occasionally, but otherwise, it’s been pretty solid for over 3(?) years.
I can’t believe there were no weird blocking penalties on that play! If it were the NFL, flags would be everywhere, just on principle.
This is really disheartening, because both reviews I’ve read so far have panned the movie. I was really interested in seeing it because of all the star power. Now? Not so much.
The 4S was actually the most indestructible iPhone I owned.
