So no mention of the dirt about his career, isn’t this known as a “beat-sweetener”? Wonder who they’re kissing up to?

There.

“feminine justice warriors”

THIS! THIS! THIS! Mitchell is crap as a reporter.

“Do what you love”?! Really? And you’re going to lay that nugget of wisdom at the flat-earth feet of Thomas Friedman?

Seems like they could keep his file on there, but just remove his location, right?

“Many of the nation’s top insurers have been reporting severe drops in their underwriting income – a fact that is one of the prime drivers in auto insurance price increases that are coming over the next several months…”

You have a word limit on AOTD?!

Former seminarian here (not Wheaton, though). You should just call these folks what they are: fundamentalists. “Evangelical” is their “play nice” word.

yep. I was just discussing this the other day with a couple of former addicts who were around when a cluster of fentanyl-laced heroin OD deaths happened a couple of years ago. They all wanted some of that action, thinking they’d get “near” death.

When the alternative is getting their $$$$ qb’s head knocked off repeatedly because the rest of the offense is shitty (see Troy Aikman’s first year), it’s not that bad a decision.

“Let’s be honest, Hillary isn’t any better. Probably the worst Presidential election ever.”

This is a horrible story.

These characters hate Jews; they speak in truisms and clichés and religious references; they publicly spout Christian ideology and privately murders and adulterates.

In Texas, the State Board of Education is elected, and they VERY MUCH set curriculum, which flows out to the other states without as much purchasing power.
