Yeah, "shuffling off" was probably connotatively negative. I don't think USPS gets as much out of it because they get shit from Congress all the time. I can't blame UPS for taking advantage of the service, but it's b.s. that USPS doesn't get recognized for their legwork.
I wasn't making a value judgment there, just noting the fact. But a lot of ppl don't know that USPS does the last-mile delivery.
