If you’re going to criticize the things a person said, it’s fairer to actually include what they said, not to make up a thing they “basically said” that includes the words “white power.”

I think resurrecting an eight-year-old SNL sketch Fey appeared in, then interpreting that sketch in the most hostile light possible, confirms the concern this article is expressing.

WBD rejected them because they came in below the desired $75 to $80 million price tag

Zaslav is clearly enjoying this. He passed “making tough decisions that hurt creatives and audiences to benefit shareholders” to being a genuine mustache-twirling villain trying to make people cry.

Gotta be a disgruntled employee with access out there somewhere that will leak this.

I think the inevitable Ken sequel should be a buddy comedy with Allan by his side. Perhaps Ken taking Allan on an adventure to discover “who he is” and learns more about himself in the process.

Amazing. Every word you just said is wrong.

Because it’s not a news story? It’s tone deaf for people who star in Marvel films to talk about how tough the pandemic was for them because the press talked about how ripped his abs were instead of how great his not-great film was. Next we’ll hear about how he had to use Albertson’s brand frozen fruit in his smoothies

No, fuck off with this “actor talks about how their mental health suffered during the pandemic” bullshit.

That interview doesn’t exactly scream Mo’Nique is easy to work with.

I don’t know much the situation, but it reminds me of the Raylan Givens quote from Justified:

Being a movie star is hard. I’d say more, but I have to get to my overnight shift at the gas station and hope I’ll be able to grab a nap in my car from 6-7 before I start at my other job.

She-Hulk episode 2. It’s not much, but it’s kinda sorta something...

also invited a level of unwanted scrutiny on his body that he had never previously experienced.

I think his point was that the sex scenes aren’t as lewd and lascivious and Cavill and co. are making them out to be.  There’s rarely anything visible that would qualify as obscene.

And then the weird sheet they all have where when they’re lying on their backs after the woman’s chest is covered and the man’s chest is exposed.

Has he been to the movies lately? There are hardly ever sex scenes in movies these days and, even less frequently, do they actually show even brief nudity.

To be fair, all the seasons of True Detective are basically unrelated to each other. At least this one shares with the first in actually being good.

Idk what’s the need to physically de-age him? One he’ll be nearly unrecognizable in makeup. Two there’s no rule saying the undead can’t change in appearance - in fact they do all the time in the first. If you have to explain it, and I wouldn’t, just say he was punished with an aging spell or serum by some ghost he was

Excuse me, Pump up the Volume is not a terrible Christian Slater film, it is a wonderful, life-changing Christian Slater film, and if you don't agree with that, then fifteen-year-old me would like a word.
