Ricardo moved to Mclaren before Alonso was signed. You have the loss of confidence the wrong way, and considering how he’s driving for them compared to how seb is driving for Ferrari, you probably have the reasoning wrong. 

I’m always willing to let friends drive my car, I autocross it and take it for spirited drives. I know no one will drive my car as hard as I do, so why not let them enjoy it as well. 

5 years ago I bought my 03’ manual element with 80k on it for 6,000$. Granted it’s fwd and doesn’t have the pop up, but there’s no way those more than double the price despite double the miles. CP all day.
