Many games lack important subtitles. For Overwatch, against some of the heroes, the strategy is “listen for (hero)’s ult.” If you’re deaf, you’re at a major disadvantage. In newer games (i.e. Fallout 4) the opening sequence isn’t subbed even if you enable it.
