I loved the actual movie and I get the feeling I'd love a Wes Anderson version, too.

Happens all the time. My given name is Jim, but through a long series of convolutions outside of my control, I ended up with the nickname "Will" for years.
Aaand he'll be dead before New Year's Day, 'cos 2016 is a DICK.
We all have those moments when we realize valuable brain space has been taken up by utter shite. My sympathies. :)
When are Paltrow and Kanye going to star in their own co-hosted cooking/dinner party show? Because that might just signal the end of the world, or at least good taste in general.
I've been putting off rewatching the series (I never made it past season 4 initially) before tackling this. I suppose it will be well into 2017 before I get to this.
I think you mean "squid." And they're already damp.
I just watched the first episode, and while Stewart was a little stiff, I thought the whole thing was charming and fun. I'm sure as she smokes more weed through the course of the show, Stewart will start to loosen up.
SHE'S JUST THAT GOOD
Swap out Mila Kunis for Laura Prepon and I'd be right there with you, esp. if Kitty tagged along or popped up occasionally.
He's on the show as a recurring player, apparently. I only watched half of the first episode and was so disgusted I couldn't go further.
I just realized that I've conflated Debra Winger with Margo Martindale (probably because of the character name "Maggie Bennett"). Doesn't change the fact that the show is terrible, tho.
Bless you, sir, for voicing my inner love for Hannibal.
Oh god, The Ranch is bloody awful. It's a waste of honestly-talented people (bar Kutcher, who's good in certain limited roles) on a by-the-numbers sitcom. The material feels like it was written in the early 80's.
Edgar is the sweet spot in that show.
I'm curious - do you watch You're The Worst? If so, what's your take on the characters?
You spelled "awesome" wrong. Sookie is a delight. :)
I assume the target demographic is young women and girls as well - but the show is so well-written and executed that I know a lot of dudes who are into it - myself included.
True story: my gf and roommate and his date and I were so psyched after watching Crank 2, we ran around the parking lot yelling and donkey-punching the air.
Ghostrider: Spirit Of Vengeance was a goddamned masterpiece*.
