I think the super broad questions aren't really doing it for me. I think I would have liked to see you guys take from last years, "What question do you wish someone asked you?" and then pick one that seemed like a fitting opener for each interview.

I was going to say, this is actually one of MOST stressful jobs. If someone doesn't wake up after the surgery was successful, that shit is solely on you.
